Keep every laptop, license, and asset accounted for — from purchase to disposal.

FusionHCR is hiring an IT Asset Management Analyst to own the full lifecycle of IT assets across a large enterprise environment. If you're detail-obsessed, love a well-organized system, and get satisfaction from a spreadsheet that finally balances — we want to talk to you.

This is a local, on-site position — candidates must currently reside in the Las Vegas area.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and respond to Team Member ServiceNow requests for IT assets, orders, and order status
  • Monitor inventory levels and assess on-hand stock before new purchases
  • Maintain IT stockrooms, keep par levels stocked, and trigger replenishment requests
  • Submit purchase and warehouse requisitions through Stratton Warren
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouses, and the Mail Room to keep deliveries on track
  • Track and scan incoming assets into the Asset Inventory Database
  • Own the full asset lifecycle — from receipt to disposal — including disposal approvals and vendor coordination for equipment removal
  • Track changes from installs, transfers, moves, and removals
  • Build ad hoc reports out of ServiceNow using Excel to keep inventory records accurate
What You Bring

  • Experience with asset management or inventory-tracking software (bonus if you've got ideas for improving one)
  • Comfortable in Word, Excel, Access, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Understanding of the IT asset lifecycle
  • Sharp communication skills across different teams and backgrounds
The Fine Print
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Able to walk, stand, stretch, bend, and kneel for extended periods
  • Professional appearance and demeanor per company standards
