Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Asset Management Engineer with 3+ years of experience to manage IT hardware inventory and lifecycle processes. This role involves procurement, deployment, maintenance, reporting, compliance, and supporting audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, peripherals).

  • Manage asset lifecycle โ€“ procurement, upgrades, disposal.

  • Work with vendors for acquisitions and warranty claims.

  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Generate reports on asset utilization and depreciation.

  • Implement and manage asset management tools (e.g., SCCM).

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in IT Asset Management.

  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware & lifecycle management.

  • Experience with asset management tools (SCCM preferred).

  • Excellent organizational, analytical & communication skills.

  • ITIL knowledge is a plus.
