Digital Account Managers are the strategic liaisons between our team and our clients. You won’t just “check in”, you’ll build lasting client relationships, turn insights into strategy, and drive measurable results that help their business grow.

Small and local businesses deserve digital marketing that truly moves the needle and that’s where you come in. If you’ve managed SMB accounts before and love turning insights into action, this role was built for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small business clients
  • Build meaningful, consultative relationships rooted in trust
  • Translate analytics and performance insights into clear, actionable next steps
  • Guide clients through SEO and search visibility strategies that drive growth
  • Identify opportunities to expand solutions that genuinely help their business
  • Partner with your Account Executive and Digital Media team to ensure clients feel supported and informed

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in agency, account management, or client-facing digital marketing
  • Experience working directly with small or local businesses
  • Understanding of local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and search fundamentals
  • Confidence explaining performance metrics and optimization opportunities in simple terms
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • A genuine desire to make a difference for every client you serve
