About the Role:
Modern Floristry Inc is looking for a passionate and driven Client Account Manager to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA! In this role, you'll be the key connection between our clients and our creative floral services, ensuring every relationship blooms. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, orders, and ongoing communication
  • Develop and present customized floral proposals and solutions tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal creative and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow account revenue
  • Track account activity, prepare reports, and maintain accurate CRM records
