ACC Aviation's Cargo division has achieved strong commercial growth, under dedicated leadership.
As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced sales leader to help drive the next phase of our success.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative employee-owned business where you can take ownership, make a real impact and help shape our continued growth.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow Cargo revenue across target markets.
  • Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting through to conversion.
  • Establish and grow strategic customer relationships.
  • Lead senior-level commercial discussions, presentations and negotiations.
  • Represent ACC Aviation through networking, industry engagement and market development.
  • Partner with the SVP of Cargo on pricing, proposals and competitive positioning.

What You Bring
  • Significant experience in air cargo, freight forwarding or logistics sales.
  • A strong record of business development and account growth.
  • An established network across freight forwarders, cargo owners, airlines or related sectors.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
  • A proactive, commercially driven approach with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
