Job description

Position Overview: The Southeast Regional Manager is stationed at our Headquarters in Villa Rica, GA and provides operational and systemic leadership across LEUCO?s North American sales organization. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this position champions LEUCO?s vision, goals, and culture by ensuring the sales team is supported by efficient processes, reliable technology, and actionable data. The role owns the full lifecycle of the business software stack, oversees a local team of account managers and route drivers, and safeguards the health of the regional book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Operations & Oversight:
    • Provide operational oversight for the entire North American sales team, ensuring consistent processes and standards across the region.
    • Partner with sales leadership to streamline workflows, remove operational roadblocks, and improve overall team efficiency.
    • Establish and maintain operational best practices that align day-to-day sales activity with company objectives.
  • Business Systems & Software Administration:
    • Lead the implementation, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all sales and operational software platforms.
    • Administer the Zoho ecosystem ? including CRM, Expense, Desk, Forms, Analytics, and RouteIQ ? ensuring each platform is configured, integrated, and optimized for the business.
    • Design and build automated workflows and approval processes within the Zoho platform to enforce business rules and streamline operations.
    • Develop and connect API integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems to enable seamless data flow across the business.
    • Manage time-off tracking and related workflows within Paychex.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject-matter expert for system issues, enhancements, and user support.
  • Data, Reporting & Analytics:
    • Build, maintain, and distribute reporting that leverages data across the Zoho platform to support decision-making.
    • Translate raw data into actionable insights for sales leadership and the broader team.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and surface trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
    • Leverage RouteIQ and CRM data to identify trends, optimize route efficiency, and support market-share growth.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Oversee and support a local team of Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and Route Drivers.
    • Own the hiring, onboarding, and training process for direct reports.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance management to ensure team success.
  • Budget & Book of Business Management:
    • Track and monitor budget performance against targets, taking corrective action as needed.
    • Monitor the health of the customer base (book of business) and proactively address risks to account retention and growth.

Industry-Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of LEUCO?s products, solutions, and market to ensure systems and processes reflect how the business operates.
  • Stay informed of relevant technology and operational developments, providing recommendations to leadership.

General Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate LEUCO?s value, vision, and operational standards across the sales organization.
  • Ensure accurate and complete data capture within the CRM, maintaining data integrity across all connected platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the sales team has the tools, information, and support required to succeed.
  • Coordinate technical support and vendor assistance as needed to resolve system and process issues.
