Customer Management Performance Specialist (Full-time)

Fast growing, fast-paced company has an opportunity for a motivated individual to fill the role Customer Management Performance Specialist role. In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for partnering directly with customers to coordinate their utility onboarding data gathering process. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join an established organization that is experiencing significant growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the liaison between the Performance Management team and the Customer Management team to help facilitate billing baseline adjustments to our Average Monthly Usage (AMU) calculations.
  • Assist in organizing the workflow for AMU adjustments and normalization activities.
  • Participate in weekly reviews of the performance results across the client base that will serve to feed the upcoming adjustments.
  • Develop a process to manage AMU adjustments that are fed from all parts of the company and determine prioritization.
  • Work alongside the AMU creation team to ensure that the new baseline calculations are properly calibrated to prevent future performance issues and the need for recalculations.
  • Maintain a consistent understanding of performance related expectations, installation savings and related KPIs.
  • Assign Zoho tickets that are sent to AMU team in relation to adjustments and reviews.
  • Load balance and cross train with the AMU creation team.

Qualifications:

  • Successful candidate will have 1-3 years of data analysis, financial acumen and an understanding of utility bills.
  • Experience in the energy or utility industry strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of utility billing, rate structures, and tariffs strongly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to collaborate and partner across multiple teams. 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task, in a fast paced, everchanging environment.
  • BS degree preferred.

 Hourly Pay Range: $30.29($63,000) - $32.69($68,000)  based on factors including level of experience, skill set, qualifications, and location.
