Job description

Client Growth & Marketing Coordinator
Remote (PT, MT, CT) | Full-Time 8 to 5
Why Vigilance Health?
Healthcare is changing fast - and we're helping lead the charge. Vigilance Health is a patient engagement organization that partners with community health centers and healthcare organizations across the country to break down barriers to value-based care. Our remote clinical team works as a seamless extension of our clients, deploying cutting-edge care management technologies that lower costs, improve outcomes, and create healthier communities.
We're growing, mission-driven, and looking for people who want their work to matter.
The Opportunity
This isn't your typical coordinator role. As our Client Growth & Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the center of everything that moves Vigilance Health forward - fueling our sales pipeline, bringing marketing campaigns to life, and making sure our partners feel supported and informed every step of the way.
If you're the kind of person who thrives on variety, loves connecting the dots between strategy and execution, and wants a front-row seat to how a healthcare company scales - this role was designed for you.
What You'll Do
Drive Growth Through Sales Support
  • Own the lead tracking and distribution process, giving the sales team real-time visibility into pipeline activity
  • Coordinate quotes, proposals, and sales packages - making sure every touchpoint with a prospect is sharp and professional
  • Manage customer accounts, follow up on action items, and keep our CRM organized and up to date
  • Help prepare for sales meetings and industry conferences so our team shows up prepared and polished

Bring Marketing Campaigns to Life
  • Partner with our marketing consultant to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across channels
  • Track campaign performance and surface insights that shape what we do next
  • Create and edit compelling content for both internal and external audiences

Champion Our Partner Relationships
  • Lead regular update calls with partners - keeping them aligned, informed, and excited about results
  • Build polished, data-driven presentations for client-facing and leadership meetings
  • Collect and analyze program data, then translate it into clear, actionable insights for partners
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and project timelines across program launches and ongoing engagements
  • Support smooth onboarding of new client projects from kickoff to go-live

What You Bring
Experience & Education
  • 2+ years in sales support, marketing coordination, account management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus - especially with FQHCs, CCM, RPM, or AWV programs
  • Project coordination or administrative support experience that demonstrates your ability to keep things on track
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field preferred (not required - relevant experience speaks just as loudly)

Tech & Tools
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
  • PowerPoint: Building polished, data-driven presentations
  • Excel: Tracking metrics, building reports, and working with formulas
  • Word & Outlook: Professional correspondence, document creation, and calendar management
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to boost efficiency - or eager to learn
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus
  • Confident with video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet)

Who You Are
  • A strong communicator - clear, concise, and confident in writing and conversation
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable working with data: tracking metrics, spotting trends, and turning numbers into stories
  • High emotional intelligence - you build trust naturally with partners and teammates
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, evolving environment

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
Based on experience
Health Insurance
Medical and dental coverage
Paid Time Off
Generous PTO to recharge and reset
Schedule
