Zenith Mind Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team full-time in a remote capacity. This role focuses on providing exceptional mental health support to our diverse clientele, promoting wellness and empowerment through evidence-based practices. The work setting is completely remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience while maintaining professional standards of care. Our team utilizes telehealth platforms to connect with clients effectively, ensuring seamless communication and therapy sessions. Despite the remote nature of this position, we prioritize a strong team dynamic, maintaining engagement through virtual meetings and ongoing training sessions. This structure allows our social workers to work independently while still feeling part of a supportive and collaborative team.

• Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient providers to create comprehensive support systems.
• Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification and navigate utilization management effectively to ensure patient care continuity.
• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning, coordinating with other services to facilitate a smooth transition for clients as they move beyond immediate care.
• Provide therapeutic meal support, helping clients develop healthy relationships with food and nutrition in conjunction with their therapeutic goals.
• Deliver compassionate, empathetic, and culturally affirming care tailored to the diverse needs of clients, respecting their intersecting identities and backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse range of clients, and particularly with older adults seeking mental health support. Our client base includes individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, all presenting unique challenges and circumstances. Your role will be crucial in creating a safe space for these individuals to express themselves, navigate their hardships, and pursue pathways toward lasting wellness.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Oregon is mandatory.
• Experience working with older adults and understanding their specific mental health challenges is essential.
• Strong clinical skills, including assessment and diagnostic capabilities, are necessary for effective patient care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical for collaboration and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team-based environment.

• Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is favorable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and tools used to enhance client engagement remotely.
• Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
