  • Participate in discharge and aftercare planning to help clients transition smoothly from therapy to their daily lives, providing ongoing support as needed.
  • Provide therapeutic meal support, guiding clients in developing healthy relationships with food through modeling and encouraging positive behaviors.
  • Deliver individualized, empathetic, and affirming care that considers clients' unique circumstances, including their intersecting identities.

You will be primarily working with a diverse client base, including adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your approach will emphasize inclusivity and understanding, specifically tailored to accommodate individuals from varied backgrounds. In addition, part of your focus will involve working with older adults, assessing their unique needs, and providing appropriate interventions to support their mental and emotional health.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Active and valid LCSW license in the state of Oregon is mandatory.
  • Experience working with older adults, demonstrating an understanding of the challenges they face.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills for thorough assessments and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and their families.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable, enabling seamless virtual engagements.
  • Familiarity with client management systems or electronic health record (EHR) software.
  • Background in working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivity in therapeutic practices.
  • Proven track record in crisis intervention and risk assessment capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual pay between $90,000 and $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a robust benefits package, which includes:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and family coverage.
  • Retirement plan options, including a 401(k) with matching contributions.
