Position Overview

Zenith Mind Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves providing exceptional mental health support tailored to the unique needs of our clients, particularly within educational settings. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while you contribute to the well-being of our clients. The work typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a satisfying work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Engage with insurance companies for pre-authorization and utilization management to optimize client care.
• Participate in discharge planning and aftercare strategies, equipping clients with the necessary tools for continued success.
• Provide therapeutic meal support, emphasizing the development of healthy relationships with food through modeling and guidance.
• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to the individual circumstances and intersecting identities of each client.
• Document case notes and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies and various regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is to support a diverse range of clients, including children and adolescents within school settings. You will work with individuals facing challenges related to mental health, behavioral concerns, and social-emotional development. Your expertise will enable you to provide meaningful interventions that positively impact their educational and personal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, particularly with older adults and adolescents.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
• A self-starter who can work independently while also contributing to a cohesive team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in school settings or with youth populations is highly desirable.
• Experience in developing discharge and aftercare plans that prioritize client autonomy and empowerment.
• Familiarity with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits
