Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing your expertise to develop tailored treatment plans that adhere to established best practices and solution-focused interventions.
  • Implement a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that treatments are personalized to address clients' specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring that all records reflect patients' progress and care accurately.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care that maximizes positive client outcomes.
  • Engage in regular case reviews and peer consultations, fostering an environment of shared learning and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Educate and support patients and families about mental health concepts, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and research in mental health, integrating this knowledge into your therapeutic practice to enhance care delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges, particularly those in detox and recovery. Your holistic approach will support them in overcoming addiction-related issues and fostering emotional resilience, helping them navigate the complexities of their mental health journeys.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your solid educational foundation in the field.
  • A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), solidifying your professional credentials and commitment to ethical practice.
  • At least three years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, showcasing your ability to engage effectively with a range of patient needs.
  • Expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques, equipping you to facilitate meaningful transformations in clients' lives.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
