Description

The REMM Group is seeking an experienced Yardi Systems Manager to serve as a key administrator and internal resource for our property-management technology platforms. This position will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, functionality, and operational integrity of Yardi, RentCafe, and several integrated property-management systems.


The ideal candidate will have hands-on Yardi administrator experience, including back-end configuration, user administration, property setup, system troubleshooting, integrations and reporting. This is not an entry-level Yardi user position. Prior Yardi administrator or advanced Yardi system support experience is required.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:


  • Manage Yardi user access, including new users, transfers, permission changes, and separations.
  • Complete Yardi setup and maintenance for new properties, property terminations, property lists, and the Yardi One dashboard.
  • Resolve internal support tickets and manage vendor cases, troubleshooting system, configuration, access, and data issues through completion.
  • Maintain custom and scheduled reports, documents, dashboards, workflows, and system configurations, including client distributions.
  • Manage unit amenity codes, market-rent corrections and approved changes, weekly incentive reports, and hot sheets.
  • Resolve escalated support tickets related to Yardi and integrated systems, providing timely, friendly resolutions.
  • Create and maintain reference guides and training materials; help departments refine procedures and operations related to Yardi and connected software.
  • Audit system data, employee lease files, rental discounts, and requested corrections for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain reliable records and supporting documentation; identify recurring issues and recommend preventive process improvements.
  • Set up new properties, employees, shared email accounts, and ShareFile access across applicable systems.
  • Maintain accurate access, assignments, and setup records throughout employee and property changes.
  • Support onboarding of newly acquired properties, property transitions, system implementations, conversions, and other miscellaneous projects.
  • Partner across departments to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and improve user experience.


Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on Yardi administration and application support experience is required.
  • Hands-on experience configuring properties, users, permissions, workflows, integrations, and reports.
  • Experience supporting multifamily or commercial property management operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with property technology integrations and third-party platforms (RentCafe, RealPage, Knock, AppWorks, Two Dots, Entrada, ShareFile) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and explain technical processes clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee, resident, and company information appropriately.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating across departments.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in information systems, business, real estate, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
