Position Summary

WWE is seeking a highly organized and technically driven CMMS Administrator - Facilities Operations to support our state-of-the-art global headquarters in Stamford, CT. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role within one of Connecticut's most advanced and high-profile corporate facilities environments, leveraging cutting-edge building technology, smart systems, and world-class operations infrastructure.

This is not a traditional facilities role. The position sits at the intersection of facilities operations, smart building technology, maintenance planning, asset management, and systems administration. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary subject matter expert for the CMMS/IWMS platform, helping ensure efficient operation, reporting, planning, and continuous improvement of our facilities maintenance programs.

Working closely with maintenance leadership, engineers, technicians, vendors, and technology partners, this role will play a key part in supporting one of the most advanced and high-profile facilities environments in the region.

Key Responsibilities

CMMS / Systems Administration

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the CMMS/IWMS platform
  • Manage system configuration, workflows, asset data integrity, and user support
  • Ensure integrations with Smart Building and related operational systems function properly
  • Troubleshoot CMMS issues and coordinate escalation with internal technology teams or external vendors when needed
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance systems and operational efficiency

Work Order & Maintenance Management

  • Oversee work order lifecycle management including creation, assignment, tracking, updates, and closure
  • Maintain and optimize preventative maintenance schedules and programs
  • Support maintenance planning and coordination activities across the facility
  • Assist with vendor scheduling and contractor coordination

Asset & Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate asset records and equipment data within the CMMS
  • Assist with spare parts inventory management and tracking
  • Support asset lifecycle documentation and reporting initiatives

Reporting & Operational Analytics

  • Generate CMMS reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking metrics
  • Assist facilities leadership with maintenance performance reporting and operational insights
  • Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

Training & Collaboration

  • Train and support internal users on CMMS best practices and workflows
  • Partner cross-functionally with facilities, engineering, operations, and vendors to improve system adoption and operational execution

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience working with CMMS, IWMS, EAM, or related maintenance management systems
    • Systems like IBM Maximo, ServiceNow Facilities, Archibus, Corrigo, FM:Systems and similar
  • Experience supporting facilities operations, maintenance planning, asset management, or building systems environments
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and work order management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience within smart buildings, commercial facilities, manufacturing, broadcast/media, or large campus environments is a plus
