Responsibilities:

  • Pitch and generate original content to support brands including, but not limited to, WWE NXT, WWE Recruit and WWE ID across their respective social media accounts

  • Own end-to-end execution of assigned social content - from capture through publishing - with accountability for timelines, quality, and delivery

  • Ideate, produce and capture social content for key WWE Performance Center talent and executive social media accounts

  • Provide social media coverage as needed for events outside of the WWE Performance Center, especially when local to the Orlando/Florida area

  • Ensure all content is produced and optimized for social media publishing

  • Communicate across departments to coordinate WWE Performance Center social media priorities, schedules, and day-to-day needs with key stakeholders

  • Collaborate with digital design, photography, editorial and video production teams to support daily content creation

  • Monitor content performance, identify trends, and apply learnings to future content decisions

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed, based on business priorities, with primary focus on day-to-day operations at the WWE Performance Center.

  • Keep current with WWE programming, storylines, talent, brands and products

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital/social video production, preferably in the sports, entertainment and/or television industries

  • Background in content creation, video editing and collaborating in the social media space with a proven ability to conceive and produce highly engaging content

  • Strong video production and editing judgment with proven track record of independently conceiving and publishing compelling content across multiple platforms

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required

  • Proficiency in video production and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and Capcut

  • Must be organized and detail-oriented with exceptional time management and multitasking skills, with an ability to thrive under pressure

  • Must be able to work rotating, non-traditional schedule, including nights and weekends

  • Working knowledge of WWE shows and talent strongly preferred

  • Impeccable grammar and diction required

  • Ability to travel extensively required
