We’re hiring a Head of Business Development for the Broadway brand to lead strategic commercial growth, manage key partnerships, and build a high-performing Business Development team.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Account Management, or a similar commercial role in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong experience working with operators, platforms, or aggregators in B2B iGaming.
  • Proven track record of growing existing accounts and building long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Previous experience in team management, mentoring, or leading Business Development professionals.
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, key market players, and commercial models.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify commercial opportunities and turn them into measurable growth.
  • Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and performance metrics.
  • Confident in stakeholder management across internal and external teams.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for business meetings, industry events, and expos.
  • Proactive, structured, and result-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle sales and business development process, from lead generation and identifying new business opportunities to building long-term relationships with key partners and driving company growth.
  • Drive growth within existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and partnership expansion initiatives.
  • Build and execute account development plans focused on revenue growth and sustainable business impact.
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner for clients, understanding their business needs and priorities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, partnership models, and growth opportunities with operators and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor account performance, identify risks and opportunities, and take proactive action to improve results.
  • Prepare business reviews, forecasts, partnership proposals, and market insights for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences to strengthen market presence.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
  • Lead and develop the Business Development team, setting clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
  • Support the broader business development strategy by contributing insights, ideas, and best practices.

  • Previous experience working in an aggregator or with aggregator-based distribution models.
  • Existing network of contacts among operators and strategic partners.
  • Experience launching or scaling partnerships in a fast-growing B2B iGaming business.
