This role focuses on the comprehensive management and administration of mobile devices and application deployments within a large enterprise environment, primarily leveraging Omnissa Workspace ONE (AirWatch). The individual will be responsible for the daily operational management, monitoring, and reporting of extensive mobile fleets, ensuring seamless functionality across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage mobile devices and application deployments using Omnissa Workspace ONE (AirWatch).
  • Perform daily operational management, monitoring, and reporting for large mobile fleets (10,000+ devices).
  • Oversee the management of iOS, Android, rugged device, and mobile printing platforms.
  • Utilize incident and service request management systems such as BMC Remedy and ServiceNow.
  • Apply scripting skills including Bash, Shell, PowerShell, and Batch for various operational tasks.
