An IT Help Desk Support Representative assists users with technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. They diagnose problems, provide troubleshooting guidance, and resolve issues either remotely or in person. Their responsibilities often include responding to support tickets, setting up new equipment, and escalating complex problems to higher-level IT staff.
