What You'll Do

As the Workplace & Executive Services Manager, you'll lead workplace operations and executive coordination across multiple office locations. You'll oversee a team of Workplace Coordinators, drive operational consistency, and help create an engaging, professional, and high-performing environment companywide.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner closely with executive leadership to coordinate key meetings, communications, and organizational initiatives
  • Lead and develop the Workplace Coordinator team across all locations
  • Create consistent workplace standards, systems, and service experiences
  • Oversee office operations, facilities coordination, vendor relationships, and shared workplace tools
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, company events, board meetings, and off-site experiences
  • Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and organization
  • Help shape a welcoming, engaging, and service-oriented employee experience

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of administrative, office management, workplace operations, or executive support experience
  • Experience leading administrative or operational teams
