Job description

Regional Express is seeking an operations manager to oversee multiple logistics divisions. The regional operations manager will be coordinating and supervising the daily activities of Regional's labor force, fleet and execution of its FedEx Operation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Transportation Management (1099 or W2)
  • Manage 20+ direct reports
  • Experience with FedEx Ground or Amazon delivery
  • Strong Leadership and Customer Service skills
  • Responsible for service and quality of driver performance
  • Responsible for managing service of fleet, labor
  • DOT MED Card Active
  • Computer Applications - Excel and Tracking platforms

Benefits:

  • Salary 65k not including bonuses. Paid Weekly
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance benefits after 30 days of employment
  • Paid Vacation and 401k after 1 year of continuous employment
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
