Logistics Operation Coordinator

Dolphin International Transportation Inc. is seeking a candidate with experience in international import/ export operation (ocean/ air). This position requires excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task along with the knowledge to produce accurate workflow in a fast-paced freight forwarding operations environment, while positively contributing to the success of the team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Able to complete the Air and Ocean Shipments including creating and managing shipping documentation, booking, schedules, customs clearance, and truck dispatch
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication
  • Proficiency in interacting, developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Ensure all proper records are input in the system, organized, and filed.
  • Comprehend all shipping carrier timelines.
  • GoFreight knowledge is a plus
  • Other duties as assigned.
