We're partnering with a growing logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing operation seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations, drive process improvements, and develop high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day warehouse, distribution, and operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and service excellence.
  • Manage, coach, and develop exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, labor utilization, quality, safety, and operational performance metrics.
  • Develop workforce plans, schedules, and staffing strategies to support business objectives.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service expectations are met.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Foster a positive culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience leading teams in a high-volume operational environment.
  • Strong background in process improvement, workforce planning, and performance management.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
