Pay rate: $24.20-$26.47 DOE

Working Location:ย Plano, TX 75075

Work Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Korean Bilingual Required

Analyze and support the management of warehouse operations by implementing daily warehouse business activities and planning, optimizing storage of purchased materials, transportation and supply, ensuring accurate shipments of goods to customers, efficient storage of warehouse capacity planning requirement, tracking and improving delivery performance to customers.

            Job Description
            • Be responsible to monitor and support operations of warehousing, transportation, inbound and outbound forwarding for all branches in North America, coordinate, and enforce program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
            • Analyze operation data and procedure, find improvements and train operators of other branches
            • Maintains and improves KPIs and productivities for all scope of logistics operations and conduct improvement tasks and projects
            • Research best practices of logistics operation in otherย branches and companies and implement suitable best practices onย branches in North America
            • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
            • Undertake other ad hoc assignments required by the line manager or Head of Teamย 
            Qualifications
            • Korean Bilingual Required
            • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, especially in Excel using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
            • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization including customers and carriers.
            • Ability to prioritize effectively, while meeting deadlines
            • Ability to multi-task with an exceptional attention to details
            • Ability to travel 10% in US / Canada
            • Relevant experience in corporate level warehouse operations or 3PLs logistics companies specializing in transportation of electronics in US is preferred
            • 6+ years of relevant experience in warehouse operation within the logistics industry preferred
            • Bachelor's Degree preferred
            • Travel %: less then 10% US / Canada
