What You'll Do:
  • Design and implement scalable full stack platforms that support advanced analytics and AI-enabled development workflows.
  • Build and maintain secure APIs that expose data and services to front-end applications and external consumers.
  • Develop responsive user interfaces using modern React frameworks such as Next.js and component libraries like Shadcn UI.
  • Create and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for automated testing, linting, and deployments across cloud and air-gapped environments.
  • Ensure platform reliability through data integrity, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance strategies.
  • Integrate third-party services including email, SMS, and learning management standards such as SCORM, xAPI, and CMI5.
  • Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to support high-quality software delivery.
  • Leverage AI tools and large language models to accelerate software development, testing, refactoring, and solution validation.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
  • 6+ years of experience in software development
  • 6+ years of experience delivering full-stack software solutions on complex, data-intensive programs.
  • 6+ years of Version Control & CI/CD experience with version control software, preferably GitLab (repos, merge requests, pipelines).
  • 6+ years of experience with Software Fundamentals: Strong grasp of design patterns, automated testing, continuous integration, and code quality practices.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban) and participation in cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Advanced DevOps toolset knowledge (Ansible, Nexus, GitLab Runner, Harbor).
  • Proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, Shadcn UI Kit, FastAPI, and modern front-end ecosystems.
  • Experience with Apache Superset/Trino for cross-platform data querying and analytics.
  • Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Prior exposure to Turnkey training or learning architectures.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and cloud/air gapped deployment models
  • Experience with integrating email/SMS notifications
  • Experience with learning management standards (SCORM, xAPI, CMI5).
  • Data Technologies: Familiarity with relational databases, messaging services, REST APIs, and object storage.
  • UI/UX Design: Ability to design and implement responsive user interfaces and dashboards.
  • Emphasis on Vision & AI-Driven Design
  • While specific language level skills are valuable, the most critical success factors are:
  • Domain expertise in building end-to-end full-stack solutions that address data flow, security, archival, and disaster recovery concerns.
  • Strategic vision to design platforms that enable AI-augmented development, ensuring that the solution remains adaptable as AI capabilities evolve.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools (Cline AI Plugin for VSCode, generative code assistants) to enhance productivity, code quality, and architectural validation, reducing reliance on niche technical specialties.
