The National Director, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy is responsible for enhancing, optimizing, and advancing the Company's talent acquisition function to support organizational growth, workforce stability, and operational excellence across all communities and corporate functions.


This role serves as the organization's dedicated specialist for talent acquisition strategy, recruitment process improvement, workforce planning initiatives, sourcing effectiveness, hiring manager development, interview standardization, recruitment technology optimization, and talent acquisition analytics. Working collaboratively with Operations, People & Talent and leadership teams, the National Director will evaluate existing programs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement scalable solutions that strengthen recruiting outcomes while creating a consistent and effective hiring experience across the organization.


While supporting recruiting efforts as needed, the primary focus of this role is to enhance the Company's existing talent acquisition infrastructure, improve hiring effectiveness, and develop sustainable strategies that support current and future workforce needs.
