About the Opportunity

An established organization is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a busy Human Resources team. This contract opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition through offer.
  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting plans.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3โ€“5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience managing 40โ€“50 active requisitions.
  • Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development experience.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
