The Talent Management & Development team delivers processes and programs which engage, develop, and retain organizational talent. Our team delivers talent solutions which enable leaders to assess, develop, engage, and progress every employee to optimize individual and organizational performance. Through these efforts, our strategic goal is to build a robust and diverse pipeline of future leaders, with the right capabilities to thrive in leadership roles and create competitive advantage for DTCC, now and in the future.


 Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other OD teams and Human Resources (HR) departments to ensure clients benefit from a holistic approach to talent development.
  • Lead the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives, ensuring programs align with organizational strategy and the evolving needs of participants.
  • Strengthen leadership pipelines by developing and managing mentoring, coaching, and targeted development experiences that accelerate readiness for critical roles.
  • Serve as a leadership development expert, identifying and integrating innovative trends, frameworks, and methodologies that elevate leadership effectiveness.
  • Leverage instructional design skills to analyze needs, design, develop and deploy both formal and informal development solutions, and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior,
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual talent development sessions.
  • Use data, assessments, and evaluation tools to measure program outcomes, translate insights into improvements, and demonstrate impact on organizational capability.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business and HR leaders, shaping leadership development priorities, informing solution design, and driving adoption of DTCC's leadership model.
  • Design and scale enterprise processes and programs that advance leadership development and talent management across the organization.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with business stakeholders to ensure leadership solutions are relevant, targeted, and aligned with business goals.
  • Coach and counsel people leaders to enhance their capabilities in developing talent, providing feedback, and managing performance.
  • Source, evaluate and recommend vendors to deliver best-in-class talent development solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendor partners and ensure product/service delivery maintains the appropriate quality standards; work to resolve any escalated issues timely.
  • Review high level milestones for projects or programs and ensures mitigation plans are in place for identified risks or in the event other issues arise.
  • Develop project plans, define timeframe, and prioritize tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives.

  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Deep knowledge of leadership development theories, models, and standard methodologies, with strong understanding of adult learning principles, experiential learning, and conducting learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps.
  • Experience designing and implementing targeted talent and leadership strategies, including the application of leadership assessments (e.g., Hogan, SDI, 360 tools, EQ); relevant certifications a plus.
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic internal consultant, advising leaders and HR partners on organizational development, talent strategy, and changefocused initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, build trustbased relationships, and adapt communication for diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated strength in project management, leading multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational skills, prioritization, and execution discipline.
  • Highly proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fastpaced, evolving environment, consistently driving productivity and delivering highquality results.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and apply insights to shape forwardlooking leadership and talent development strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence without authority, building alignment, fostering partnership, and driving shared outcomes across a complex organization.
  • Manages larger projects, multiple projects simultaneously, or a program consisting of similar projects which may span over a longer period of time; projects may span multiple clients within a business unit.
