We are seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) who is ready to play a critical role in building the teams that power our mission. This role is designed for a strategic talent partner who thrives at the intersection of business partnership, talent strategy, and organizational impact.

The entry-level TABP will own full life cycle recruiting supporting our Aeronautics sector. You'll partner directly with hiring managers to build pipelines and hire high-quality technical talent and play a key role in shaping how we grow our workforce.

This role will be co-located with one of our Aeronautics site locations. Onsite support will be required as business needs permit, and occasional travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will:

  • Lead full lifecycle recruiting through offer (sourcing, screening, interview support, selection and offer process)

  • Be a trusted advisor and primary recruiting point of contact for assigned business leaders providing guidance on candidate evaluation, interviewing, and hiring decisions

  • Conduct detailed strategy sessions to align on role requirements and set expectations of hiring timelines

  • Educate hiring managers on labor market conditions, talent availability, applicant motivations and competitive pay packages-setting expectations grounded in data

  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics as needed by TA and business leadership

  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking and relationship development

  • Assess candidates for technical capability, NG values, and mission alignment

  • Ensuring data integrity is aligned with our processes and procedures

  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Located near the following Aeronautics sector sites: El Segundo, CA; Palmdale, CA; San Diego, CA; Clearfield, UT; Oklahoma City, OK; or Melbourne, FL

  • Minimum ability to travel up to 20%

Primary Level Salary Range: $51,500.00 - $94,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
