URGENT REQUIREMENT – SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant (Workforce Management)
Location: Denver (Onsite)
Industry: Manufacturing
Duration: Long-Term Contract 
⚡ Interview Process: Fast-track (1–2 rounds)
Priority: HIGH – Immediate Submissions Needed

MUST HAVE (DO NOT SUBMIT WITHOUT THESE)
  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in
    SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
  • Strong Workforce Management + Core HR expertise
  • Solid experience with:
    • Employee lifecycle (Hire → Transfer → Termination)
    • Business Rules & Workflows
    • Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  • Experience integrating EC with:
    • SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking
    • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
  • Experience working with US clients / US HR compliance
  • Excellent communication (Client-facing role)
 Profiles without real EC configuration experience will be rejected

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and drive SAP EC workforce management configurations
  • Manage employee data, org structures, and HR processes
  • Configure and troubleshoot workflows, business rules, and data models
  • Work closely with payroll & time teams for seamless integration
  • Support reporting using
    SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Interact directly with business stakeholders (Manufacturing domain)

STRONG PLUS (WILL MOVE TO TOP OF THE LIST)
  • SAP EC Certification
  • Manufacturing / plant workforce experience (shift-based workforce)
  • Experience with shop floor or hourly workforce setups
  • Exposure to integration tools (CPI / APIs)
