Freezer Warehouse Worker

Izzio Artisan Bakery is seeking for a Freezer Warehouse Worker for the Warehouse located in Henderson, CO. The Warehouse worker is responsible for receiving orders, maintaining inventory, unloading, and loading of trucks. Each type of loading requires strict attention to order accuracy with respect to loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks.

Responsibilities:

  • Works from electronic order system or order sheets to build loads using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack.
  • Follows warehouse instructions in building loads.
  • Position is responsible for accuracy in loading and complying with shipper/receiver documentation.
  • Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
  • Transport truck loading involves moving full pallets of products from the warehouse onto a trailer and removing any returned pallets/plastic flats.
  • Responsible for unloading pallets and placing them in designated warehouse space.
  • Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready
  • Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished
  • Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
  • Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet.
  • Employees must maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Position may be required to work across a wide variety of weather conditions and hours, shift duration depends on workload and may vary daily.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in warehouse and inventory related field is preferred
  • High School education required
  • Must be forklift certified or have forklift experience with Stand Up and EPJ
  • Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
  • Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
  • Bilingual (Preferred, Not Required)

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs frequently.
  • Must be able to push/pull up to 85lbs with assisted lifting.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and kneel.

Environmental Conditions:

  • Work in freezer temperatures that can reach approximately 0°F (-18°C) or below.
  • There is exposure to dust and allergens.
  • All machines are equipped with protective guards and all safety protocols must be followed.
  • Personal Protective Equipment is available.
  • Maintain regular, consistent attendance & punctuality. Must have a flexible schedule, that includes evenings and weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Position Information:

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Position Closing Date : 08/05/2026

Pay: $25 to $27 Shift Schedule: Must be available to work weekends, as our bakery operates 24/7, seven days a week.

Shifts Available

2nd- 2pm to 10:30pm

3rd - 10pm to 6.30am

Compensation is based on the level of experience, other relevant experience, and requirements of the position. The range provided serves only as a guideline and does not automatically qualify all candidates (internal or external) for the high end of the range.
