Job description

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team. Forklift drivers and Sanitation workers. These positions requires working in a cold and freezer environment while performing physical tasks and duties. Jobsite is an Ice Cream Manufacturing warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately receive, store, pick, and load products.
  • Safely unload inbound shipments and move products to proper storage locations
  • Assemble and stage customer orders
  • Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Perform general housekeeping duties including sweeping, organizing, and facility maintenance to uphold warehouse standards
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned
  • Handle, lift, and move products safely
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Job & Work Environment

  • Maintain a safe operating practice and records for all equipment
  • Self-starter who takes initiative
  • Maintains high productivity and professionalism under pressure while delivering consistent results
  • Works effectively both independently and as part of a team, building strong working relationships with co-workers
  • Must be able to work in a cold freezer environment
  • Required safety equipment includes gloves, freezer suit, boots (no shoes), and hearing and eye protection as needed

Job & Physical Requirements:

  • Constantly carry 1–5 lbs. of individual frozen food products (4,000–7,000 items per shift) and occasionally up to 25 lbs. of boxed product from pallet to freezer rack or cart
  • Frequently push and pull materials using both hands and wheeled cart
  • Constant bending, reaching, pulling, and crouching while stocking freezer shelves at floor level throughout entire shift
  • Sight, hearing, and speech required at all times for safe equipment operation and essential warehouse functions
  • Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to grip a minimum of 45 lbs. with each hand
  • Basic math skills

  • Monday – Friday
  • 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM or later (Overtime may be available)
