Job Title: Full-Time Freezer Warehouse Order Picker (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Location: 77008
Schedule: Full-Time

Environment: Freezer Warehouse (-10°F to 32°F)
Pay: Weekly Pay | Overtime Potential | Growth Opportunities


Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Freezer Warehouse Order Picker to join our team. This role involves operating warehouse equipment, accurately picking and staging orders, and working in a cold storage environment. Freezer gear is provided.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Pull and stage customer orders accurately from the freezer section

  • Use forklifts and pallet jacks to move products as needed

  • Follow all safety protocols and proper handling procedures for frozen food

  • Ensure orders are correct and ready for shipping or delivery

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies

  • Keep work areas clean and follow all operational procedures

  • Work in cold conditions for extended periods (Freezer gear provided)

  • Work weekends as required


Qualifications:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Clear criminal record

  • Ability to work in a freezer environment (-10°F to 32°F)
