Forklift Operator – 7:00 AM Shift – Vineland, NJ
$18.50 per hour

Horizon America Staffing Services is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a full-time opportunity in Vineland, NJ.

This is a fast-paced warehouse position supporting inbound, outbound, and case-picking operations in a cold storage environment. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to work overtime as business demands.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate warehouse forklifts.
  • Load outbound trailers.
  • Receive inbound shipments.
  • Perform case picking as needed.
  • Move, stage, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, plus every other Saturday
Shift: 7:00 AM until completion

Important: Due to current business volume, employees are working 12+ hours per day. Overtime is expected.

Work Environment
  • Cold storage / freezer warehouse.
  • Temperatures range from -5°F to -20°F.
  • Appropriate freezer PPE is provided by the client.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly.
  • Comfortable working in freezer temperatures.
  • Willing to work overtime.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
