As a Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading functional activities for the Workday Payroll workstream, including planning, process design, configuration, testing, and deployment oversight, while driving timely delivery and issue resolution
  • Advising clients on complex business challenges by optimizing Workday Payroll capabilities through forward-looking systems, streamlined processes, and practical operating model improvements
  • Defining, designing, and implementing Payroll process and structure enhancements that better align with business objectives, improve operational effectiveness, and support measurable business outcomes
  • Coordinating across project workstreams to shape integrated solutions, ensuring dependencies, risks, and design decisions are aligned and resolved effectively
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members, while reviewing deliverables for quality, consistency, and alignment to project standards and client expectations

Required

  • 7+ years of experience delivering Workday HCM solutions
  • 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Workday HCM Payroll
  • Experience leading at least 1 full life cycle implementation of the Workday HCM Payroll module
  • Actively Workday US Payroll certified
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel up to 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
