Serves as the technical point of contact ensuring data integrity, system security and maintenance, system modifications, testing, report writing, document maintenance, system audits and recommendations for process changes.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support and development of Workday and implement new features and Workflows

  • Troubleshoot, research, and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systems with Workday

  • Test and verify Workday software releases, upgrades and any changes prior to the promotion of code to the production environment

  • Generate and update appropriate documentation as per policy and procedure. Including requirements, specifications, change control, end user documentation

  • Provide education and training for application end user community - keeping them informed of new Workday features/functionality, changes/revisions that impact the operation

  • Ability to configure, test and troubleshoot Workday Configurations to support required Business workflows

  • Document, create, modify and test Workday operational and management reports as required by operations, management and regulatory agencies

  • Document, create, modify and test Workday operational and management dashboards as required by operations and management

  • Document, create, modify and test integrations with Workday, including but not limited to EIB, API

  • Maintain current knowledge of technology by attending appropriate continuing education training/seminars and reading related periodicals

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:

Sitting for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; standing for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; walking for up to 2 hours a day, 1 hour at a time. Requires crouching, kneeling, and lifting of objects weighing up to 60 pounds, pushing objects weighing up to 80 pounds. Requires hand and finger dexterity to perform repairs of small equipment and to use computer equipment. Seeing as it relates to general, near, color, and peripheral vision. Hearing as it relates to normal and telephone conversations.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in computer science is preferred. Information Systems, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration or equivalent work experience is required.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

1 - 2 years of general computer experience is required. 1 - 2 years of Workday support is preferred. Workday Certifications a plus. Must demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive, confidential situations and an ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. Workday,UKG Dimensions, MS Visio, MS Project, MS SQL, reporting tools experience is preferred. MS Office is required.
