Position Summary
Focus Financial Partners is seeking an experienced and strategic Workday Financials Lead to lead the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of our Workday Core Financials environment. This role will play a critical part in advancing our financial systems strategy-maximizing the power of Workday to enable accounting, financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional business processes at scale.
You will serve as a consultative partner to Finance, Technology, and Operations stakeholders, driving Workday governance, managing enhancements, and ensuring a best-in-class Workday platform that supports our growth, financial rigor, and operational excellence. This role is located in New Hyde Park, NY; St. Louis, MO.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $120,000- $190,000 Base Salary Compensation Range. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life and 401(k). Please note that the job title is subject to change based on the selected candidate's experience and education.Â
