The WSP Advisory Consulting Team are all about our customers and their post Go-Live journey. We create programs to help them drive business value from their Workday applications. We deliver a variety of programs and services to our customers ranging from feature demonstrations to full feature deployments.

About You

Basic Qualifications (SR):

  • 5 years of IT implementation experience

  • 5 years of functional experience in Financials in Workday

  • 1-3 years of software consulting experience

Other Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability with one or more of the following areas: Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Management, Banking & Settlement, Contracts to Cash, or Professional Services Automation

  • Certified or ability to certify in Workday Financials Products and effectively deploy the solution

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics, and/or related experience

  • Demonstrates an understanding of Financial ERP systems and processes. Able to gain a detailed understanding of Workday concepts and new feature releases in areas of expertise and cross application features.

  • Experience with influencing, interacting, and collaborating with senior leaders, internally and externally.

  • Capable of leading and influencing design meetings toward an effective and collaborative outcome

  • Ability to deliver and get results while managing to a project plan

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • The ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
