Key Responsibilities:

  • Workday Report Developer with expertise in BIRT, PRISM Analytics, and Workday reporting frameworks supporting HCM and Finance analytics and business insights.
  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions across HCM and Finance modules.
  • Leverage BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) to build pixel-perfect reports, operational reports, and check designs.
  • Utilize Workday PRISM Analytics for data ingestion, transformation, and advanced reporting.
  • Collaborate with HCM, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop calculated fields, custom reports, matrix reports, and composite reports within Workday.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting outputs Optimize report performance and troubleshoot reporting issues. Support Workday releases by assessing impact and updating reports as needed Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to end users

Qualifications:

  • 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 84 Months of experience working with Workday reporting tools
  • 84 Months of experience working with BIRT reporting (including check design, customer invoices)
  • 84 Months of experience working with Workday PRISM Analytics
  • 84 Months of experience working with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards
  • 84 Months of experience working with Workday HCM and Workday Financials data models
  • 84 Months of experience working with data integration concepts (ETL processes, data mapping)
  • 84 Months of experience utilizing Workday Reporting and/or PRISM Analytics, with a current Workday certification in either area
  • 84 Months of experience working with Workday Studio, EIBS or integrations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 84 months of experience in working with SQL and data warehousing concepts, security configurations and data governance in Workday
