Workday Integrations lead//Onsite (Edison, NJ)

12+ Months contract

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Workday Integrations Certification is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated expert-level proficiency with Workday Studio is essential.
  • Proven, in-depth experience with the entire Workday integration toolset: EIBs, Core Connectors (HCM, Payroll, Benefits), and Cloud Connect.
  • Strong, practical knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL) and data structures (XML, JSON).
  • Mastery of XSLT for complex data transformations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to dissect and resolve complex, time-sensitive technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred (Good to Have) Qualifications:

  • Experience building applications with Workday Extend.
  • Knowledge of or experience with Workday Prism Analytics for data blending and reporting.
  • Experience with BIRT for custom reporting layouts.
  • Functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials.
