Job title: Workday Reporting and Analytics Architect

Duties: Partner with Workday Product Management and Strategy to improve the value customers get with Workday products through advisory, planning and implementation of modules and capabilities by documenting requirements, mapping and designing processes, gathering system data and converting data into format required for reporting and analytics. Lead Workday Reporting and Analytics strategy across all modules and tools including custom reporting, composite reporting, Prism Analytics, Office Connect for financials, Accounting Center, Discovery boards, APIs and RAAS. Architect comprehensive HCM and FINS reporting and analytics solutions across all functional areas that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and optimal user experience using Workday and other reporting and data analytics solutions. Responsible for leading one or more areas of a large project and/or multiple concurrent projects potentially over longer periods of duration. Responsible for managing all stages of the project, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment. Responsible for designing and developing data integration solutions between Workday, Prism and third-party systems. Responsible for coordinating the work of others, regardless of people management responsibilities. Managing project FTE, scope, budget, quality, and timeline. Hires, on-boards and mentor's new colleagues through partnership with the recruiting team. Assists colleagues in goal setting, solicits 360 feedback, assesses performance, provides feedback to colleagues, and reviews compensation periodically to ensure competitiveness, per business requirements. Coaches and develops colleagues through constructive feedback, management of project a/ssignments, job requirements and capabilities, as well as guiding their overall career paths. Participates in client sales meetings, assisting with collateral creation where needed. Interview business subject matter experts and document their requirements. Monitors utilization of team members to maximize revenue potential. Partners with Resource Management on project staffing to ensure project assignments are properly aligned to team members' skill sets and personal preferences. Develops processes and methodology within and across HCM and Finance reporting practices. Supervises 3. Telecommuting / work from home is permitted.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Sciences, Statistics or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in designing and developing reporting and analytics solutions or related experience.

Minimum skills required: Three (3) years of Workday experience. Workday Reporting certification; Workday Prism Analytics Certification. Employer will accept any amount of professional experience with the following skills: designing and developing Workday Custom reports including advanced, matrix, composite reports, dashboards/scorecards and trending reports; Designing and loading accounting journals into workday using accounting center; designing and developing reporting solutions using Workday Prism; Workday HCM and Finance modules; Designing and building solutions with reporting and analytics applications using Tableau, Alteryx, IBM Cognos, Informatica; SQL, RAAS, XML, XSLT and working on Workday tools such as EIB, Core connector, Document Transformation; Leading Reporting and Analytics Projects and managing project resources across all industry vertical projects and for both HCM and FINS modules; Object oriented programming and data warehousing concepts; Implementing projects with adherence to software development life cycle methodologies and ITIL standards; Prioritizing and organizing work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards; and reporting and analytics tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Cognos BI, Informatica to solve business reporting and analytics problems. Employer will accept any amount of professional experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $127,462 - $186,030 / year
