Job description

Workday Integration & HCM Specialist –

Job Requirements

  1. Proficiency in Workday Studio
    • Hands-on experience developing complex integrations using Workday Studio.
  2. Expertise in EIBs and Core Connectors
    • Deep understanding of Workday-delivered integration tools including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Core Connectors.
  3. Strong Knowledge of HCM Functional Flows
    • Solid understanding of key HCM modules, business processes, and configurations.
  4. Workday Security & Calculated Fields
    • Proficient in managing security domains, role assignments, and building calculated fields for reports and business processes.
  5. Intermediate Experience with Workday Extend
    • Must have implemented at least one production-level application using Workday Extend.
  6. Preferred: Workday PRISM Analytics Experience
    • Familiarity with building data pipelines and custom analytics using PRISM is a plus.
  7. Preferred: Workday Financials Experience

Exposure to Workday Finance modules will be considered an added advantage
