What you'll be doing...
  • Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly Workday reports and dashboards within the Workday Financials module.
  • Leverage best practices in report design to enhance layout, usability, performance, and data clarity.
  • Create reports based on detailed business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate directly with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate reporting needs.
  • Translate functional and business needs into effective Workday reporting solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports delivered.
  • Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for all reports.
  • Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing reports for better performance and usability.
  • Contribute to reporting deliverables for major initiatives like GL migrations and financial transformations.
  • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams when necessary.
  • Follow SDLC and change management processes diligently.
