Job description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Extend Developer to design and develop custom applications and workflow solutions within Workday Extend. The role will focus on consolidating legacy HRSS tools and automating HR operational processes, particularly offboarding workflows.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Workday Extend applications.
  • Build dynamic UI layouts, custom business processes, custom objects, and field components using the Workday Extend App Builder framework.
  • Develop and automate multi-step HR workflows using Workday Orchestrations.
  • Support consolidation of legacy HRSS tools into scalable Workday Extend applications.
  • Collaborate with HR and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Perform application testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
 
Required Skills
  • Workday Extend development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Extend App Builder.
  • Experience building custom applications, UI layouts, custom objects, fields, and business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Orchestrations and workflow automation.
  • Experience with Workday HCM/HR processes, preferably HR Service Delivery, HRSS, or employee offboarding.
  • Strong understanding of Workday integrations and data/workflow concepts.
