Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Spain, building strong client relationships, and delivering innovative digital solutions that support our customers' business transformation.
You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions that add real value.

Your tasks as Sales Executive:


   Identify and research potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social networks to build a high-quality pipeline.
   Organize and conduct effective, in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within prospective or existing customer organizations.
   Confidently present and demonstrate our solution, focusing on benefits, added value, and customization. Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting through to closing, including final negotiations.
   Proactively manage the sales pipeline to ensure targets are achieved. Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and provide updates during regular sales meetings.
   Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
   Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
   Share field insights to support product improvements and marketing campaigns.

Your profile as Sales Executive:


   Proven experience in selling solutions and services to the transport logistics industry.
   Background in the vehicle telematics and/or general TSP beneficial
   Enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a strong results-oriented mindset.
   Self-motivated, open-minded, and able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment.
   Fluent in Spanish and English. 
   Willing to work remotely and travel across the territory
