SPR Packagingย is a leading company in the flexible packagingย market.ย  We are growing and expanding our team, looking for dedication, and commitment.ย 

Position Description:

Responsible for acting as a liaison between our Sales Representatives and our manufacturing plant in Spain.ย  Assists with order processing, order status, complaints, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, delivery, and other queries.ย 

  • Primary point of contact is with U.S. sales representatives.
  • Primary point of contact in Spain is with plant coordinator.
  • Sales order processing, including coordination of item specifications, production timing, delivery, and shipments.
  • Coordination of resolution of any quality questions or issues
  • Reporting and analysis, provide information as required in support of customer.ย 
  • Coordinate with the internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters.ย 
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or mail.
  • Assist with placement of orders, credits, returns and pickup.
  • Document detailed customer information and other pertinent informationย 
  • Place or cancel orders and coordinate the import process.
  • Utilize SPR systems to communicate order status and shipping information.
  • Work closely with senior customer service personnel to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction is provided to the best of your ability.
  • Assist in compiling information and reports atย the direction of the VP Executive.
  • Perform purchasing duties as required.ย 
  • Bachelor's degree in businessย or a related field

  • Experience working in a manufacturing industry is preferred.

  • Import and Export experience is a plus.

  • 2ย years of customer service experience is required.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

  • Must be a positive and energetic individual that has the ability to work well with all levels of an organization.ย 

  • Must be willing to work the necessary hours to get the jobย done.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, and dynamicย environment.

  • Microsoft Office applications - MS Excel and MS Word

  • Knowledge/use of ERP systemsย
