This position is entirely remote, enabling you to deliver telehealth services from the comfort and convenience of your own location. As a member of our virtual team, you will engage with clinicians and support staff in a collaborative virtual atmosphere that promotes teamwork and shared goals.

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention for patients, focusing on assessing and treating emotional and behavioral issues.
• Regularly communicate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to report on patient progress, needs, and potential challenges, ensuring integrated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including thorough progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to departmental guidelines and privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and discharge strategies based on comprehensive psychosocial evaluations.
• Engage with community resources on behalf of patients, representing Clarity Wellness in meetings and initiatives aimed at addressing local mental health needs.

In this role, you will support a diverse patient population seeking assistance for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance abuse issues. Our clients often come from different backgrounds and life experiences, requiring therapists who can tailor their approaches to meet varied cultural and individual needs.

• A valid Licensure in Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California is required.
• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting is essential.
• Proficiency in using various computer applications, including electronic medical record systems, word processors, and spreadsheet software.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery is a plus.
• Familiarity with recovery-oriented practices and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.

Clarity Wellness Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a favorable salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
