We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team at Clarity Wellness Center. This full-time remote position will enable you to provide essential mental health services to a diverse patient population while working from the comfort of your home. Work Environment

As a remote mental health counselor, you will have the advantage of working in a flexible and supportive setting while being part of a collaborative healthcare team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate counseling and crisis intervention to patients, focusing on the assessment and treatment of various emotional and behavioral issues.
• Maintain regular communication with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and nurses, to report on patient progress and collaborate on treatment strategies.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately, adhering to clinic protocols for clinical and progress notes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments, ensuring alignment with accepted therapeutic interventions.
• Represent Clarity Wellness Center in community partnerships, engaging with local resource groups and committees that address the social needs of our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Our recovery-oriented approach emphasizes individualized care that focuses on empowering patients to develop their coping skills and resilience. You will have the opportunity to facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering connections among participants and promoting overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A valid Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) is required.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and intervention strategies.
• Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records systems, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
• A strong capacity for building therapeutic relationships with patients and effectively collaborating with healthcare professionals across disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, which are essential for effective patient interaction and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth services is a plus, as it enhances your ability to connect with patients remotely.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and current treatment modalities relevant to mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
