Description
We are seeking a
Bilingual Receptionist/Legal Assistant (Spanish Required) who will join our team in the Santa Maria office for either part-time or full-time employment. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people, is energized by helping others, and will provide exceptional service over the phone and in-person. The role is heavily phone-based and involves frequent communication with potential clients, current clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals.
This role focuses on two core areas:
intake/phones and client care follow-up.

Schedule
Part-Time Position
- - 25 Hours Per Week
- Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Full-Time Position
- - 40 Hours Per Week
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with an hour break for lunch.
This is an in-office position based in our Santa Maria office. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential, as this role is responsible for answering incoming calls and supporting clients.
