Are you a people-first, detail-driven HR professional ready to make your mark in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment? Continuum Companies is a private equity-backed property management firm operating a portfolio of 20+ brands. We’re growing our HR team and looking for a motivated HR Generalist who wants to build a career across every pillar of human resources — from recruiting and payroll to compliance and employee experience.

This is a role where you’ll be hands-on from day one, supporting real work that has real impact across our portfolio. There’s meaningful room to grow here for someone who shows up with curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn.

Compensation:

$60,000+

Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Serve as a primary recruiting coordinator, managing job postings and candidate pipelines through WizeHire
  • Support the build-out and ongoing administration of our recruiting workflows in Rippling as we expand the platform
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage candidate communications end-to-end
  • Partner with department leaders to understand personnel needs and source the right talent across our portfolio brands
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and help track open roles, pipeline status, and offer activity

Payroll Processing

  • Process multi-brand payroll across 15+ entities using Rippling, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage payroll-related changes, including new hires, terminations, status changes, and compensation updates
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee payroll questions, troubleshooting issues, and escalating as needed
  • Support payroll reconciliation and reporting, helping ensure records are clean and audit-ready

Benefits Administration

  • Assist with day-to-day benefits administration, including health insurance, 401(k) elections, and open enrollment
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding in benefits platforms
  • Respond to employee questions on plan options, coverage, and changes with accuracy and care

HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Learn the HR foundations of Continuum Companies and serve as a knowledgeable resource for employees across brands
  • Maintain accurate employee records, employment verifications, and documentation in Rippling
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth, consistent experience for new hires
  • Assist with FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, and HR policy administration

Audit, Compliance & Special Projects

  • Assist with HR audits — pulling reports, reviewing records, and supporting documentation requests
  • Help monitor compliance with federal and state employment regulations, including wage and hour requirements
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives as the team grows
  • Support cross-brand reporting and contribute to materials for leadership and board-level updates as needed

Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of HR experience preferred; recent grads with strong internships or transferable experience are welcome to apply
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Exposure to payroll platforms; Rippling experience is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; WizeHire experience is a bonus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a multi-entity environment
  • Clear, professional communicator — both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of HR best practices, employment law fundamentals, and payroll compliance basics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or in progress) is a plus
