Building Maintenance Technician: Great hours and benefits in a rewarding industry! 10-6:30p Our Maintenance Technicians have the responsibility for upkeep and repairs to KETCH buildings, facilities, residential homes and properties. Company provides tools, vehicle for use at work, and a clean working environment. M-F 10a-6:30p plus rotating on-call hours during evenings & weekends. Requirements for Maintenance Technicians:

  • High school diploma/GED, or three consecutive years of work experience as a maintenance technician
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Verifiable maintenance work experience
  • Must have general maintenance knowledge and work experience, be able to use hand tools, power tools, and light shop equipment
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or ¼ of own body weight
  • Beneficial work experience- commercial building repairs & maintenance, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, home repairs, home maintenance, maintenance technician, building maintenance engineer, mowing, trimming, carpentry, sheet rock, HVAC, plumbing, glass replacement, door repairs, window repairs, and electrical.   • Reference checks, background checks, and drug screens will be completed on all new employees
