To thrive in an entry-level position with benefits, you generally need a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer literacy, and a willingness to learn on the job. Familiarity with productivity tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace may be expected, and some roles require industry-specific training or certifications.
