Tower Foreman โ€“ Verizon Wireless Project

Weโ€™re looking for a skilled Tower Foreman to lead field crew on Verizon wireless construction projects, including new builds, mods, integrations, and maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to run a site safely, efficiently, and to Verizonโ€™s exacting standards.

โ€ข Lead and supervise tower crews on daily construction activities

โ€ข Perform and oversee installation of antennas, RRUs, coax/fiber, mounts, and structural components

โ€ข Ensure all work meets Verizon, OEM, and OSHA requirements

โ€ข Conduct daily JHAs, safety briefings, and quality checks

โ€ข Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and vendors

โ€ข Complete closeout documentation, photos, and redlines

โ€ข Troubleshoot field issues and maintain project timelines

โ€ข Ensure proper rigging, climbing, and rescue procedures are followed

Requirements:

โ€ข Valid climber/rescue certification
