What you'll do
As our Project Coordinator, you are the engine that keeps our daily project workflows running. You'll collaborate closely with our Operations Program Manager to track timelines, manage critical data, and prevent bottlenecks before they happen.
  • Project Workflow & Tracking: Coordinate daily tasks for complex telecom construction builds. You will monitor milestones, schedule field teams, and maintain project updates across company and client-specific databases.
  • The Communication Hub: Serve as the primary liaison between our project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. You will proactively follow up on deliverables and approvals to keep everyone aligned.
  • Data & Quality Management: Review, interpret, and log high volumes of technical field data, engineering photos, and pre/post-survey designs with flawless accuracy.
  • Administrative & Billing Integrity: Partner with field teams to construct job packets, prepare invoices, and perform essential quality checks on payroll, field production tracking, and billing data.

What you'll need
  • Education & Experience: An Associate's Degree in a business or technical field, OR 2+ years of experience in project administration, coordination, or a heavily detail-driven administrative environment. (Experience in telecommunications, utilities, or construction is a huge plus!)
  • Tech Savvy: High proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically strong Excel skills for data tracking sheets) and Google Workspace. You must be an adaptable learner ready to pick up proprietary software and client database systems quickly.
  • Unmatched Soft Skills: Superior organizational abilities, a knack for multitasking under shifting priorities, and outstanding written and verbal customer service communication.
  • Compliance: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully complete pre-employment screens (background, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check).

The wage range for Project Coordinator is $25.00 - $27.00
