As a Guest Services Associate/Concierge, you are the first and last impression of Ram's Gate Winery, ensuring each guest encounter is warm, seamless, and thoughtfully curated. This role is central to the guest journey, balancing polished hospitality with precise operational execution across reservations, arrivals, seating, member support, sales orders, shipping questions, membership sign-ups, and guest communication.
Through attention to detail, anticipation, and a calm, service-minded presence, you help create effortless, elevated visits that reflect the warmth, refinement, and sense of place that define Ram's Gate. Working closely with the hospitality, culinary, and management teams, you support the flow of daily service while helping personalize each guest experience from arrival through departure.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

โ€ข Serve as a polished first point of contact for the winery, supporting guest arrivals, reservation flow, seating coordination, and overall guest readiness
โ€ข Manage reservations, guest notes, and seating details through Tock with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to pacing
โ€ข Proactively communicate reservation updates, guest preferences, special requests, and timing needs to Wine Educators, culinary, concierge, and management teams
โ€ข Anticipate spoken and unspoken guest needs, responding with warmth, discretion, and professionalism at every touchpoint
โ€ข Assist members with customizations, allocations, pickups, account updates, membership sign-ups, and general membership inquiries
โ€ข Support guest sales orders, shipping questions, pickup coordination, and related transaction needs with accuracy and care
โ€ข Capture and maintain accurate guest preferences and visit details to support personalized service and long-term relationship building
โ€ข Develop a strong understanding of Ram's Gate wines, estate experiences, culinary offerings, shipping guidelines, and membership benefits in order to guide guest inquiries with confidence
โ€ข Support wine sales and membership engagement through thoughtful guest assistance, order coordination, and seamless handoff to the appropriate team member
โ€ข Assist with winery and membership events, including setup, execution, guest engagement, and overall event flow
โ€ข Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming guest reception area that reflects Ram's Gate service standards

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:

โ€ข 1+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, customer service, sales, or winery operations preferred
โ€ข Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to engage guests and colleagues professionally

โ€ข Comfortable supporting guest inquiries related to reservations, sales orders, shipping, membership, and estate offerings

California Pay Transparency Notice: This position is classified as non-exempt. The base compensation range for this role is $21- $ 23 per hour. Candidates are generally not hired at or near the maximum of the base compensation range. Final salary placement will depend on several factors, which may include the candidate's qualifications, education, relevant experience, and alignment with current market data. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participation in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
