The successful candidate will work directly with ownership to help grow one of East Texas' premier winery destinations.**POSITION SUMMARY**The General Manager & Director of Sales is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the winery while developing strategies to increase Wine Club membership, wine sales, event revenue, and wholesale distribution. This individual will be the face of the winery and responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while building a strong, motivated team.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES****Operations & Hospitality*** Oversee all daily winery operations Thursday through Sunday.* Ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.* Manage tasting room, retail, kitchen, reservations, and guest experiences.* Maintain facility appearance, cleanliness, and safety.* Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.**Staff Leadership*** Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise all winery staff.* Develop and maintain employee training programs.* Create a positive, professional, customer-focused culture.* Conduct staff meetings, evaluations, and performance coaching.* Ensure proper staffing levels for weekends, special events, and peak seasons.**Wine Club & Commerce7 Management*** Manage and grow Wine Club membership and retention.* Utilize Commerce7 POS and CRM systems to drive sales and member engagement.* Oversee member communications, club releases, pickup events, and reporting.* Develop creative strategies to increase recurring revenue and customer loyalty.**Sales & Business Development*** Develop and execute plans to increase winery revenue.* Expand wholesale distribution and placement of Triple N Ranch Winery wines.* Build relationships with local restaurants, resorts, country clubs, liquor stores, grocery stores, and specialty retailers.* Conduct wine tastings and account visits to support sales growth.* Represent the winery at festivals, community events, and industry functions.* Develop strategic partnerships that increase brand awareness and sales.**Marketing Support*** Assist with social media, promotions, newsletters, and special events.* Encourage positive online reviews and guest referrals.* Help create memorable experiences that generate repeat business and word-of-mouth marketing.**Vineyard****Financial Management*** Monitor budgets, labor costs, inventory, and profitability.* Review sales reports and key performance indicators.* Recommend improvements that increase efficiency and revenue.* Assist ownership with forecasting and annual planning.**QUALIFICATIONS*** Minimum 2 years management experience in hospitality, winery, restaurant, resort, retail, or event venue operations.* Proven sales experience and track record of growing revenue.* Experience with Wine Clubs, CRM systems, and customer retention programs preferred.* Experience using Commerce7 or similar winery POS systems preferred.* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.* Ability to work weekends, special events, and flexible hours.* Knowledge of wine is preferred; passion for learning is essential.* Self-starter capable of working independently and making sound decisions.**COMPENSATION*** Competitive salary based upon experience.* Performance-based bonus opportunities.* On-property housing provided.* Employee discounts on wine and merchandise.* Opportunity for professional growth and advancement.The ideal candidate understands that while the winery is open approximately 20 hours per week to the public, success comes from building the business during the week through sales, marketing, Wine Club development, staff management, and community engagement.**ABOUT TRIPLE N RANCH WINERY**Triple N Ranch Winery & Vineyard is a three-generation, woman-owned Texas winery located on a working longhorn ranch in Trinidad, Texas.
